It is that time of the year for the 12 Days of Holidays at Coquina.
Here is a list of daily dress for those that would like to participate. We are looking forward to seeing everyone one in their festive wear.

A huge thank you to @Brevard Schools Foundation and affiliated sponsors from Coquina Elementary School for the $1,500 grant to help fund Coquina Garden Club. We had such high interest in afterschool garden club, we had to cap attendance at 50 students and split after school garden club into two separate days this year! We have also partnered with our STEM program this year to make Garden Club a schoolwide experience for all students. The afterschool Garden Club students will care for 13 3 ft x 6 ft x 1 ft raised garden beds. Through our STEM program, all students in the school will plant and help care for an additional 10 raised garden beds for 23 beds total.
Pictures are from one of our first monthly afterschool meetups where students planted over 500 seedling cups. Next month, students will be setting up the 23 raised beds and transplanting their seedlings into the garden. We continue to be inspired by the excitement for learning, responsibility, teamwork, and community the students bring through our school garden. Thank you for supporting us as we continue to grow.
